Pickup & Handling Liability Waiver

We offer local delivery for vintage record player consoles at an additional cost, and it is the preferred method of transport to ensure safe handling and minimize risk of damage.

Delivery Option:

• Delivery is available within a defined service area (please inquire for availability and pricing).
• All deliveries are scheduled by appointment and include basic placement inside the home.
• Delivery fees vary based on distance, accessibility, and any special handling requirements.

Customer-Arranged Shipping:

If delivery is not selected, buyers are responsible for arranging their own shipping, including packaging, insurance, and carrier coordination. We do not provide packing services or assume liability once the item leaves our premises. See our shipping policy

Pickup Guidelines & Liability Waiver:

• Local pickup is available by appointment only.
• Items must be picked up within 10 business days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• A storage fee of $25 per week will apply for items not picked up within the designated timeframe.
• Items not picked up within 30 calendar days may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
• Once the item is picked up—whether by the buyer, a third-party shipping company, or any designated agent—we are not liable for any damage, loss, or operational issues that may occur during handling or transit.
• Buyers or their agents assume full responsibility for securing and safely transporting the item.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms and waive any claims related to damage or loss occurring after the item has left our possession.
